SOLD Beautiful Powder Horn (#16)

Greetings all,
I had finished making this Powder Horn several days ago but have been way too busy to get to post it until now.

The horn will wear on the left side. It measures 11" from spout to base plug, which measures 2 7/8" high by 2 1/4" wide. It has a steel tail staple.
The map is of the York River mouth at the Chesapeake, and the slogan "Be Keen of Eye and Pouder Dry" is one of my own I did some border etxhings to create the panels, which make for nice visuals.
The lower portion of the spout area is translucent which should reveal powder inside, thogh I am not certain of that. Nonetheless, it has some great color.
I am asking $285 which includes insured shipping to the lower 48. PayPal F&F or PO MO are best payment methods.
