Interesting. I assume it has a loop on the back?
Supposedly ties or loops on belt.
I should have it this week so will post pics.
Here it is. 
I might sew the bag to my belt. It ties on right now. Once I figure out where I want to wear it on the belt.
Sewn on my belt now. Don’t have to worry about slipping or coming loose.
