I've long wanted to build a large-bore hunting rifle, and all this underhammer talk has me thinking about a poor man's Zephyr. But who is building barrels in .62, .66, .69 or .72 with a Forsythe twist for round ball and heavy charges? Green Mountain seems to stop at .58, and I heard Oregon Barrel Company is months beind. Anyone else building an accurate but affordable barrel without a months-long waiting list?
