As posted on another thread,
I bought some nipples from TOTW that were for #11 caps and they were to small, I was using them on a percussion shotgun and brushing by them or turning the gun upside down and they would fall right off. (Yeah....., I know all about squeezing nipples, try doing it in freezing temperatures with gloves on).
I have ground them down a little and they fit better now but I lost about six of them when they fell off in the ground cover/snow.

So I bought some #ML093 nipples from Ox Yoke, same thing CCI # 11's fall right off, however the Knight Red Hot nipple from Ox Yoke works great, you actually have to pull to get the unfired cap back off the nipple.

They will be tried after warmer weather commences.

I saw this posted a few days ago and bookmarked it, you may find it useful https://cdn2.imagearchive.com/muzzl...375/375609-Percussion-Caps-and-Nipples2-3.pdf

Cones that I have that fit my CCI #11 caps taper in diameter from ~0.162" to ~0.170" as near as I can measure, but when I look for nipples that is the only dimension that they don't even list.
TOTW does list several nipples as specifically fitting CCI #11 caps and I'd look for one of those that matched the thread needed. If the ones you bought there are listed for CCI #11 caps specifically, I'd be calling them.

These are the nipples I bought from TOTW, #11 CCI caps would fall right off if you turned the gun upside down.

Ground them down until I reached the taper on the cone that would hold them in place.
