Hello.

No need to be sorry, we are all friends here...

I would say to contact Swiss powder, they sell it here, and we (United States) are overseas to them, right?

Swiss Black Powder Is manufactured in Aubonne, Switzerland, so Europe should be able to get it...

Here is their contact page link:

Yes. I can buy black powder in Czech.I bought one Vesuvit LC.
But I must travel to Czech aprox. 250 miles.I cannot buy in Berlin (70 miles) because I must have german permission.Europe itsn't US.
Shops in Poland do not sell black powder. I can buy rifle ,shoot, but cannot buy powder.Absurd but true.
So I thought to buy BP in US.Cost are less than buying in Czech.
Funny isn't it ?

Sir on the idea of buying black powder from the US. I believe you have to have an explosives import license and buy from some one here who has an explosives export license.....I don't think this is reasonably possible......my advice is to contact people in the Poland area and see if a gun club could sponsor black powder shooting and would be willing to purchase a large quanity for all members......This is about the only reasonably solution I would recommend.......john.....
