Appears I was mistaken on the above in my: Post#295104. Shipping is free, but after re-reading, I see there is a $5.95 handling and insurance fee for each order.

It sounds like your Graf powder might be the same as our Wano..... has anyone used their PP and PPP precision powder? I've just ordered 25kg of mixed FFFG, PP and PPP and would like to hear opinions on it. I'm told PPP is equivalent to Swiss FFFG.
Smokey.

Since I started using Graf, it is the only one for me now. Although I sure miss the old Dupont shiny black.

I am not familiar with the Wano PP and PPP precision powder. But I note the granule size betwixt Swiss and Schuetzen (read as Wano) for 1-2&3F are identical

The only place to get real black powder in my area is Dave's Pawnshop here in Crossville and he's gone up from $12 bucks a Lb. to almost $17 bucks. I checked on ordering form Powder Inc but at a 5 Lb. lot with the Haz Mat fee it'd be about the same as getting a Lb from Dave's. I really need to find a few guys to go in with and get a bulk 25 Lb lot buy, that'd split up the Haz Mat fee a lot more and make it more affordable. :hmm:
Just bite the bullet and order 25 pounds. That brings the cost per pound way down, the shelf life of an unopened can is nearly infinite and you'd be surprised how quickly you go through it.
