Here is my rust blueing set up. Two pieces of PVC pipe joined together with a right angle junction (the screw in cap for the junction is not shown) and capped at each end. I just put the treated barrel in the tube, cap it and pour in the boiling water through the junction. Cheap, easy to find materials, and works very well.
