Thanks kelljp for posting this. He's a gentleman of the old school, I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago when I dropped off the barrel of my 1847 Harpers Ferry M42. His machine shop was a tinker's wonder, looking and smelling of machine oil just as one would 100 years ago. After being told my barrel was good to stretch and reline he told me it would be a 5-6 month wait but he got it done in about half the time I was prepared to wait :thumb: When I picked it it up I asked him "how much"? He replied "what did I tell you"? I told him "I never asked" so he said "how about $200"? Gave the man two C-notes, thanked him for his work and raced the 2 hours home to put my M42 back together and shoot it that afternoon:).

Can't wait to get my barrel back from him

Been almost a month and haven't heard anything. Not sure how busy he is
May want to call the number in this photo, return address is different than what I gave you.

I looked at the box and noticed his address on return label was different than what I sent you. Not sure about phone number, just glanced at it and thought it was his, obviously not sorry.
