What exactly is it? What did you pay if I might Ask?
I posted pictures elsewhere but this posting is limited so, here are the pictures, if I don't screw this up. It's apparently a TVM rifle and I paid $400.00 at the Filer, Idaho gun show. Ok, so try #2, here we go!

Very nice. Great find. I'm sure others will point it out but do check that there's not powder and ball in the barrel.
 
Yeah, good idea before you check for spark! Thanks! She’s all clear, looks like the thing has never been shot. The guy told me it belonged to his Dad and he didn’t know anymore about it than that. His name was the same as the engraved name on the side plate.
