I keep several long guns in a safe in an outbuilding. I have been reluctant to bring them into the house because of the extreme temperature difference of winter. Is there a sealable rubberized or flexible plastic container into which I can put the rifle, bring it into the house, and allow the rifle to warm to ambient house temperature? If this exists, please identify it for me and where to buy it.

Just bring it in, let it set till its room temperature and disassemble, clean and oil (same day). Then you will know there is no chance for rust, the guns clean and its will be inside and ready to go!

You don't want to use plastic or rubber,, that will make matters much worse.
Here in Minn,(where we have that same problem) it's common to use a heavy padded zippered gun case. If you don't have that,, get an old heavy blanket and fold it around the gun several times.
The idea is to "insulate" the rifle from the rapid temp change and allow it to warm gradually.
Wrap/insulate it well and let it come up to room temp for 6-8 hours or even overnight.

While you don't say, I assume that the rifle in question is unloaded. Bringing it into the house will likely result in condensation forming in and on the metal parts. Just allow it to warm up to room temperature, take out the lock and spray it and the other metal parts with WD-40 on the outside and in the bore to get rid of the condensate. Wipe it down with a dry rag and some dry patches and then oil with something like Barricade and you will have no problems with rust.
