At one time I had a very active online site selling sports cards and Matchbox cars. The buyers were usually teen age boys and Asians (no bigotry here, just a fact). Often the buyer would claim the package was torn open and contents destroyed or lost. They wanted me to file USPS insurance claims. Wadda hassle.
I had to prove value with examples of the items supposedly lost. Wait times for reimbursement was weeks or months. Between the cheating buyers and bungling bureaucrats I was forced to give up the business.
