Broken thimble screw

I am currently working on a TC. The thimble closest to the muzzle is missing and the screw is broke off just below the barrel surface. Anybody got any advice for the best way to get it out?

First thing yer gonna hear is the mod wannabes telling you we don’t talk about inlines here. If you can’t tap it hard enough with a hammer & tiny screwdriver to make enough slot to turn it, a machine shop is likely in yer furure. Or if you have a drill-press, slightly relocate it & D & T another hole.

I had the same happen to me. What I did was use a reversible drill bit after soaking hole with PB Blaster. Lucky that the screw was flat where it had broken and spun right out.
