My brother has been wanting me to scrim him a horn so I put this together for him, He's retired from the CoastGuard so I went with a nautical theme, I'm giving it to him today, he better like it or he'll be walking funny when he leaves!

very nice scrim! I always admire folks with that much artistic ability! I'm lucky if I can make a stick figure look right! :haha:
and if your brother doesn't like it, he deserves to walk funny! :hatsoff:

This is an incredible nice piece! The scrimwork is delicate and precise and very tastefull. The model of the horn itself is very pleasing to the eye. The finishing is nice ... I very much envy your brother, he is one lucky guy to have a brother like you!  :hatsoff:

That is awesome! If the brother don't like it there is something wrong with the way he is walking now!

The scrimshaw is just absolutely some of the best I have ever seen! :hatsoff:

Nice work. Reminds me of a horn I did for a friend who retired from special forces. It was a map horn with the places he served at. (Well at least the ones he was allowed to mention ) :idunno:
