why do i think the Hy Hunter name is associated with film props? this is probably a piece of Hollywood ephemera
Hy Hunter Firearms was an importer of cheap foreign made guns in the 1950's and 60's. The Gun Control Act of 1968 led to their demise. They advertised in numerous magazines back then. You could order them by mail back then.
