Do any of you fella's subscribe to buckskinner magazine.if so how's it look as far as mountain man intrests go 1840's-1860's I like muzzleloader magazine but it seems to fall more on the 1700's to very early 1800 era thanks,Murf :hmm:
 
The "mountain man era" was mostly "finished" by 1843. Ya start git' into the 1860's and yore approach'n the "Civil War era"!

I cain't help you with the "contents" of Buckskinner magazine, but sumbuddy here will!!

I subscribed to it. It is a good mag, nothing at all relating to those new fangled inline things. A lot of good info and articles, mostly pertaining to the mid to late 18th century to the mid 19th. Don't hink you would be disappointed in it. :imo:
 
I'm lovin it. It's got enough old (F&I and Revolutionary eras) and new (1812 & Western Expansion 1820's eras) to satisfy me. Covers the whole longhunter/fur trade spectrum and then some. :applause: :applause: :applause:
