Linoleum has withstood 40 yrs of work....some burnt spots from solder which don't bother me....afterall it is a workbench.......Fred
 
I came into a bunch of thick (3/8") hard rubber flooring used in a weightlifting area for flooring. I have on the shop floor and the top of the bench. Dan
