Zonie- at the risk of a political tirade, i agree, but we should be glad that they haven't yet discovered the "value added tax" as they do in the EU- whatta God- aweful mess that would be.

I have pondered the same question. I do know where I live there is no tax on labor. So lets say somone buys a kit and ships it to you for finishing, that could be a way to do it.

You start dealing in parts, sets, complete guns, etc.. the rules change in a second
