My flintlocks hang on the wall. I like looking at them. If someone steals them at least they won't use them for a drive by shooting.

I have been hesitant to hang my muskets on the wall with the bayonets fixed. If stolen they could end up being used in a drive by bayoneting.

The whole story reminds me of the Clint Eastwood film “Thunderbolt and Lightfoot.”
 
Wait until the politicians pass a law holding YOU responsible for injuries caused by your stolen weapons.
