It appears to be a typical double mold for a c&b revolver. I had one way back and don't know what happened to it. Mine was made of brass and the handles absolutely do need to be well wrapped.
 
I had a couple of those I sold last year. They are an imported italian made mold for either the .36 or .44 caliber cap and ball pistols. What you are looking at is the round ball and the heeled pointed bullet for loading in the cylinders. Those molds are as good as any. they will make suitable lead bullets that you can blast down range. That one looks like the .36. Pour the ball and measure it. It should come out at .375 or there abouts.
