This is a question for those of you who have had commercial barrels rebored or smoothed into another caliber.

Did you remark your barrel to indicate the new specs?

No.

I had them done by Hoyt. I didn't expect him to do any marking and he didn't. I think he will do it if requested.

I figure that I know what they are and don't care if anyone else knows.

I see. He recently did one for me and I was curious how other people handled that. Thanks for your response.

the bottom barrel started out as a 50 great plains barrel now a Hoyt 54 gain twist I had him mark it and x out the old cal.
