I looked at Cabellas and they only list IL,MA,MI,NJ,NY,DC,&MA.......whew.....what is our country comming to?

And the flippin rub of it is that there are NO MUZZLELOADING GUN LAWS, other than those imposed during hunting season, here in the commonwealth of Massachusetts. You can be a convicted of a violent crime, say a fist fight, and as long as you are 18, you can still buy a muzzle loader over the counter. However, if you don't have an FID card, you can't buy any powder, modern ammunition or modern long guns. Pistols and high capacity rifle require a special permit. Wally world screw up on this distinction and has stopped selling ML guns, Powder and Powder Subsitutes here in Taxachusetts.
