What screen size would cannon powder be?

the only cannon powder I ever saw came in a can of Goex marked Cannon

so cannon grade?

I am guessing 1f would be the next choice....

Cannon grade would be close to 1F.

Cannon grade is 4-12. 1F is 12-20.

I always used any blackpowder available for my 1 1/2" bore

At the current prices, I think way better to make your own and shoot it more
