To explain a "little" more about the pictures/videos of my model cannons here is one that shows size detail of me lighting the fuse. I purposely pick a area that will not show the size that much so the cannon can take on the appearance in your mind of being larger. Also on videos they can be slowed down in some areas to help the recoil effect look more realistic. It is all fun for me to do as I love the big cannons but they are out of my range. Also the powder charge is reduced somewhat as they would recoil too much. The cannon is 69 caliber and is loaded 40 gr. 3f.
Hope you enjoy.

Really looks like a lot of fun.

Flintlock 75,

You can ask the forum monitor to remove that video with that type of language from my post.

Thanks, Rich44

Well I must admit you got me! I was watching this and wondering why a fuse was put in the cannon vs. normal ignition and the carriage accoutrements seemed off but I was enjoying it. After the shot I was wondering why nothing else was happening with the gun crew then I saw that Jinormous hand reach down! Great job!

Wow, been a long time since I fired a cannon at the range...YOU FORGOT TO CHOCK THE WHEELS!!!

Oh, it's so tiny, and Darn Cute!!
