I looked into the Tap-O-Cap a couple of years ago. Contacted Forster & they said they had discontinued them. Had no success locating any "old stock" either. One of the on-line auction sites might be a good place to look.

As for the strike-anywhere matches, am pretty sure they are not available (illegal) in Australia.
 
And I wouldn't be surprised about "strike anywhere" matches being illegal in places. I've heard that several countries have outlawed them after fires started because such matches were jostled, etc. (Actually got spanked for that as a kid--my brother and I were tossing a box of Ohio Blue Tip matches back and forth, and the whole thing went up in flames. Our parents didn't believe us when we said we hadn't lit one and dropped it back into the box.)
