I found candice's book at half dot com, got mine for 6 bucks and freight.
I have also found a lot of info online for free. I put a post up in this catagory a week or 2 back with the links.
amazon had a copy not too long ago as well.

I got mine from[url] amazon.com[/url] .It was rated as used but in good condition,it had some 30 card patterns left in it from the last owner.The book was in exellent condition.
