Here's another one!......Many early American powder horns and other accutrements had color added to make their horn or item(s) a little special to the owner. Here is one of my Celtic themed powder horns showing such poly-chrome highlights. In addition, this horn has Penn/Dutch hex sign wheels on the bottom, a common decoration in the Eastern area in the 18th Century. __ This horn has been slightly distressed to add a used old horn effect.

scratching a stick figure shooting an arrow at a stick buffalo and rubbing black shoe polish on the marks just somehow don't compare. Thanks for posting your work on here.
