I just couldn't pass up this deal - my local gunshop had an old cva hawken .50 kit gun on the shelf
for $65.00, because the set trigger didn't work. The gun still fired with the trigger unset, so I said "what the heck, it'll make a perfect loaner gun!" Well, I took it out to the sandpit last nite, and shot a .75", 4 shot group at 30 yds offhand! the rifling is still so sharp it cuts a tight cleaning patch, I doubt this gun was ever fired. I think I got a steal on this one, I might loan out my T/C instead!
