Found these hand carved powder horns for $14.00, they have some scrimshawed ones for 50 bucks.

True, I have bought many items from them, especially for the ATV, plus camping gear etc. A couple times I thought quality could have been better & returned items, never questioned as to why.

I think I bought one of these horns when I first started (if its the same manufacturer, looks awefully familiar though), cheap is right, and cheaply made. I ended up putting a new end plug in it as the factory butt had 1/8" gaps in it. Not that its a big deal, but when you spend money on something you shouldnt have to do that. I think they were made in India. Looks pretty similar.

I used to buy alot from SG, but their shipping was always so high.

My youngest daughter bought a lot of motorcycle leather jackets and saddlebags etc. Not bad quality, and the price was good. If your member the savings add up if you puchase much gear.

I am a club member and the savings do add up, occasionally they have sales for club members only.

I made a neat little horn from a cheap mexican horn. Sealed it with waterproof white glue, carved it and installed a brass spout. It holds about 15 or 20 shots and fits inside my bag. No strap to worry about. I spent an enjoyable afternoon at it and it was inexpensive enough I plan to do it again to make a horn to hold a different type of powder, so I will have one for each gun.
