Chinese powder

I have used Swiss, Goex, DuPont (I was given a couple 1 lb cans by an older fellow about 20 yrs back - 3F and very clean burning stuff, no telling how old it was he had set it back years ago, this was when I was just getting into BP shooting and had my first '58 Rem copy) and now I have some Graf's I got a few cans of when I last ordered from them - it's good stuff but a little more fouling than Goex. I've never seen any Chinese powder but I would be leary of it since everything Chinese seems cheaply made.
