Loking to find out if other chokes fit the Perdosoli shotguns. I have a 10 and am looking for a 12 and want better patterns with steel shot.

Call Brownells. They will tell you what other makes of screw-in chokes will fit your Pedersoli shotguns. There are several different thread sizes, and not all are the same. Check the Pedersoli website to see if they tell you what the thread size and pitch is on those guns. That information will help you in talking to Brownells.

There are several other makers of choke tubes, for modern guns. But, these tubes may also fit your BP replica shotgun, too. They come in all kinds of choke sizes, and kinds.

When you find out could you post it please.

traditions choke tubes for their buckhunter inline will fit , winchester 1200,1300, 1400.mosberg 500,9200&browning invector should also fit. the reasoning behind this is i have a traditions choke and it fits the pedersoli. the traditions also fits the other guns listed above. like paul stated try brownells. i dont know if these chokes are good for steel shot

I have the 12 gauge bought from Cabelas, the Win, Mossberg500, original browning invector type choke fit nicely. They do sit a few thousands lower from the barrel end than the chokes that come with the gun. I did allot of picture taking and e-mailing and calling to Carlsons Chokes.

How do those chokes perform? I am a fan of Carlsons chokes, and the Carlson;s Modified I bought patterns better than the factory choke. I just need to order a couple more from then.

rivermanj..My experience with the 10 ga. Pedersoli is to use an open choke..due to the stiff shot cup wad need to protect the bore while shooting hard non-toxic shot. The wad keeping the shot together longer....plus I do not need to remove the chokes to load..using Heavi-shot and steel loads...This has worked for me in the past...Keep your shots 35 yards or under ...Don't expect your BP shotgun to perform like a centerfire shotgun..the velocity is just not there....Dan

I now use two Mossberg Imp. Cyl. chokes due to the mentioned loading problems. Tried a pair of Remington extra full tubes...too much hassle. no need for tight chokes for me as I let em' get to 20 yds. then drop the hammer.
If they hang up...then they hang up. Some people are obsessed with "but..they might get away..." thinking.
