What is the problem with using a non PC choke such as the jug, I would guess your gun has a ventliner as well, the issue should not be about using non PC stuff but accepting it for what it is or isn't, this is the biggy so many like the non pc stuff yet have to call everything pC for some reason I have never had a problem telling anyone what parts of my gear are not really correct for the time.Talking about stuff that is outside the forums scope sees to be an aceptable practice so that evidently is not an issue either.
 
Thanks all, well I haven't given up the gost on it yet , the colth patching thing these guys are useing is one more option to try and fiddle with, it don't do anything I'll do the hugged choke thing, I just not sure I have enough barrel thickness for the screw in types so jugging would be last option. Hey if I don't get back you all have a safe and great memorial day, I'm headed to my living history site to work on our block house seems the chinking is dissapearing from the sides of the building.
