Last year My shooting Buddy Soggy made me the Best Powder Horn.I posted pictures of it here.This year He went a step farther to Feed my Flintlocking Hobby....

He is a gem, made me a flat primin' horn, but I only shoot percussion. Still it is personalized, and occupies a place of honor on my muzzleloadin' wall. :v

:grin: Thanks for all the compliments fellars, especially you HalfTail. But you see I didn't just "give " that set of accoutrements to him, he "earned" them.
First off HalfTail drags me around to most of the shoots that we attend, Puts up with all my B/S :bull: , lets me out shoot him (once-in-awhile), and drops by for frequent visits. He also introduced me to computers (gave me my first set-up) and told me about this forum a couple of years ago. Not to mention the fact that he brings me "lobsters" several times during the season. No I didn't give him that gift he earned it along with my friendship.

Well Guys,
I feel like I could start Blubbering at any minute with all this talk of having such a good friend....but I think maybe we should start talking about hunting with them Purdy thingys that Sogg made or maybe Target shootin.Heck we's Mountain Men Don't supposed ta talk about all thet Cushy stuffs. :winking:
