I did some research and found a easy way to clean beeswax.
In the past I just boiled it in water for a while and then let it harden so I could remove it from the water. All of the junk would be in the water or on the bottom of the wax cake.
I found that if you use the same method but add a couple teaspoons of vinigar to the water it removes a LOT more impurities. I found this info on a beeswax website and it works great.
