Tom, I've got one on a fowler that Tip Curtis built. It's a fine shooting barrel, and I killed 2 birds in Florida with it last year.
I shot 1 1/4 ounces of #5's with 70 grains of 3F, but I didn't spend a lot of time tinkering with loads. It put 137 pellets in an 8 1/2x 11 piece of paper at 30 yards.
I hope to get some time to work up a better load for turkeys this year before I start in FL on March 15th.

I'm building a real lightweight (6 lbs), handy, little gobbler gun for spring turkey season and using one. I got Scott at Colerain to cut me one down to 34" when he was making a run of them.

I've shot it some and it shoots a heck of a pattern, but haven't worked up a final hunting load with it yet. Still taking wood off, etc.
