Any idea if the general public is allowed to visit the trader's row or is this closed to the general public?

Yes, they will be happy to take your money! You needn’t wear old time clothes to look around and if they have some shooting I believe you can participate.
Good deal and might have to make my way over Saturday afternoon. I know in years past I've picked up some good plunder now and then and always enjoy having a look around and visiting with like minded folks. Good to know about the possibility of maybe participating in a shooting event....might just throw the smoke-pole in the truck just in case.

Some of us bring a bottle and set it on the bar, others help themselves. It’s not an operating saloon but for one or two nights there’s drinking, smoking, banjo playing, and deep philosophical conversations! Don’t tell anyone as I’m not sure who makes these decisions.

New news, I have talked to the man in charge and he said that the saloon is not going to be open. Also there is no known shooting opportunities that he is aware of. Seems setting in camp and talking is the plan.

Three of us were going to attend but after learning more we have decided not to. The club that runs this will be having a meeting with the subject of getting new people involved. One of my group said in the few times he was there people were polite to him but not inviting. They seem to have their own circle of friends mostly. Good luck to them.
