Anyone here from Colorado that goes out in period stuff on excursions ??? I live in Parker and am interested in meeting like minded souls that get out and does this stuff. I have two horses and make part of my living with horses. One of my animals I got in Gunnison, she was an outfitters animal. She is an Appaloosa mare. My other one is a QH I brought from Ohio with me. What say ye merry men..

Sorry, don't live out your way, but that sure sounds like a helluva vacation trip to me! I've wanted to take my wife and kids on a trip like that but just don't know where to get started.

I plan to go to the Frozen Toes Rondy this Saturday. Still trying to decide on a tent and other possibles. Wish I could go for the entire rondy. Maybe next year for sure!
I am also planning on a trip to the Kit Carson Rondy in June here in Colorado.
