I recently acquired a colt (2nd gen) 1860 army. The pistol looks almost 100% with very little noticeable wear. The action cycles flawlessly and is tight however in the half cock position while rotating the cylinder by hand there is no audible “click”. I’m thinking it must be the hand spring? Anything I should check before tearing it down?
