Given that the explosives licencing departments of the 51 separate county and national police forces can take around a full YEAR to get around to issuing you with the legal document that permits you to acquire and possess this stuff, I'm greatly and understandably concerned about sending in my original license for the amendment to be applied.
 
I know that some true traditionalists abhor Pyrodex; good ol' black powder is the real deal for traditional shooting for many. Good to have a choice, though.
