April fools day this year. Hope that doesn't foretell my results. Apps going in for moose elk and deer all ml. That's a lot of killing to do in nine days.

Anybody else planning a hunt?

I got in draw for Wyoming elk again but never got drawn yet in 4 attempts, and been in Michigan elk draw for 38 straight yearly rejections, been rejected every year in Kentucky too 8 years in a row, ohh forgot 5 years straight when I was in Kansas too. Beginning to take it as a sign the good lord doesn’t want me elk hunting.

My son is starting a new business, I’m an investor…so I won’t be taking the time this year to hunt big game…day trips will still be taking place, so not a total loss. By next year I should be back in the saddle.
