Contacting DGW ???

Anyone had a problem contacting Dixie Gun Works?

I put in an order that hasn't arrived (though the invoice note did and my card was debited) and have emailed them, contacted them via their web site and finally faxed them - all with zero response. Seems weird - all I wanted to know was the shipping company and any tracking number. Guess I'll have to call them, but've been trying to avoid it since it means phoning from the U.K.

Never had a problem like this before. Is this normal for DGW?

I haven't dealt with DGW since Turner died, but everyone there has always been exceptionally nice over the phone I did call. I'd say give 'em a call I betcha won't be disapointed. :thumbsup:
I've never had luck contacting anyone electronically! :cursing:

I always talk to them on the phone and even though the info line is different from the order line, the orders takers have been extremely helpful.

You really want to find out? want to email personal with some info and i'll call them for you?

I've called in orders and they've always been great.

Made an effort to ship next business day from the order.

They should help if you call....

Thanks all for you advice.

Turns out that calling the USA from the UK is quite cheap - about 10 cents a minute. If I don't hear by Tuesday I'll give them a call.
