Pyrodex is meant to be an equal (measured by volume) substitute for real black. 100 grains of Pyrodex should be a comparable load. Whether or not it's as accurate or shoots to the same point of aim as your load of real black powder is something you will need to determine after some testing. Also, Pyrodex RS is the FFG equivalent, Pyrodex P is the FFFG.
 
And to throw anothet wrench in to the mix pyrodex is a little hotter then black.
So you shoot a hundred grains 3f GO. You use the same volume but the real weight is about 85 grains. However since it’s a little hotter you may get same velocity with 95 or 90 grains by volume.
This isn’t just a one to one thing.
Swiss is hotter then GO, shutzen just a tiny bit. Old off brands like elephant or a home made a little cooler.
Use an adjustable measure and test fire
P is highly corrosive. In any ml clean soon and compleatly but never never never let the sun set on a dirty gun using p
