Was at a museum this weekend in Austin and came across this:

I must say I’m rather enamored with the .36 cal pocket pistols, and really prefer the older design some might call blocky. However I don’t care so much for the engraved cylinders. I am a bit curious about the ratchet style of loading lever pivot point, though I’ve read some time back about it said the teeth are somewhat fragile and can break off.
 
A nice Pocket Navy. Like you, I have always perfered the Navy style, both the pocket and 1851. I have heard that the streamlined loading lever teeth sometimes wear badly and that the holes in the barrel wallow out but I suspect it woud take a lot of loading and probably with hard lead or oversize balls to cause a problem.
