This is an interesting gun. It started its life almost 250 years ago as a French Model 1777 Charleville Dragoon musket. These have a tilted brass pan and dished out cheek. At some point in recent history, it's original smoothbore barrel was replaced with a .54 W.M. (Bill) Large rifled barrel fitted with three leaf rear rifled musket and adjustable blade front sights. Stock was refinished. It seems to be set up for flintlock competition. The bore in the 35" barrel is pristine and likely has never been fired. Twist is 1:66. Has original lock and hardware. Buttstock has a filled and repaired stress crack at buttplate. LOP is 13.5". Weighs about 9.4lbs. With the Bill Large barrel you can bet it's a shooter. $1350 + Shipping.
