I have a question but I'm not sure where I should post it. Here it goes, I built my first "kit gun" a T/C Hawken several years ago and I have enjoyed both shooting it and hunting with it for years. My duaghter finished college a short while back, and now I have a little "extra" cash lying around. I have been looking into having a custom "Rupp" style longrilfe made. Having exhausted numerous hours reading about and talking to several builders I narrowed my search down to two builders. My question is has anyone ever seen or had a rifle built by either "Sitting Fox" custom muzzleloaders or "Pennsylvania Longrifles Inc." Through out time I have found that photographs can some times be misleading. I would appreciate it that if anyone who has personally dealt with or knows someone who has dealt with either of these custom longrifle manufacturers provide me with feedback either posative or negative.

Thanks

Big K,

I'm sorry I can't give you an answer, but have you tried Cabin Creek? Have a look at the following link:

It is about as close as I can find to a Rupp style without making too many compromises.
