Have this, mfgr circa 1986, never fired, in stainless steel. Trying to see if anyone can give me some info on this. I have searched high and low. And nobody has ever seen one before. I can't even find a picture of one.

This really ought to be in the Handguns forum. ASM is long gone but they did make some quality revolvers. Their quality suffered while making preproduction cartridge open tops and their reputation took a hit. Stainless versions were never as popular as blued guns making them somewhat scarcer. I'd suggest you start shooting it.

Welcome! As has been mentioned, check out the handguns, or firearm identification, threads, and post these pics/ask these questions there, and I bet you will get a ton more answers.

I have one in stainless also, I got it off Gunbroker as a Uberti Walker "in the white" Mine is 1979 date code, from what i can tell there was not many made and seldom come up for sale. I found another one 3 or 4 years ago on GB that was only about 20 higher on the serial number. I should have bought it so I had a matching pair with close serial numbers.
