You have provided some good information.
You are also in possession of things that apparently
don't exist. Lol

my # 0000007 has 1 inch lug cuts and the #0052549 has 3/8 and the two have a different shaped lugs. Also a differs in my two guns is the #7 has metal guides around the two screw that hold the lock on are on the outside of the stock and #52549 has them recessed and flush to the stock

i believe that the flat sided drums are very early barrels as there appearance in underlies and the other difference do stand out

A fellow here told me my CVA bbl. was Spanish based upon certain details of the kit...and that they are good! It certainly appears to be high quality, and I imagine most bbls. will "outshoot" most guys' abilities.

it is my understanding that unless marked “ USA” then yes they are spanish why type of patch box does it have and thimbles those are important as well

also my opinion the spanish barrels are just as accurate as their USA counterparts or at least in my case with my mnt rifles

I just purchased a cva mr, stamped made in usa serial #0002134, flat sided drum, the stamping is on the right side of the barrel, every other MR made in usa that i have seen was stamped on the left side of the barrel, anyone else ever notice that.

I don’t know about not existing 😂 I won’t have a chance today as i’m about to go underground to work but i’ll try to get some decent pics this weekend of the NOS kit i just finished with the 1” underlugs and the flat sided drum and i have an older abused barrel that iv had the drum out of the is the cva threw drum to the other side of the barrel with flat sides recently let go of one with the 1” lugs and what appeared to be somewhat wider lands and groves all USA barrels (can’t remember on the NOS 45 kit about the drum but it also has 1” lugs haft to open it up to see about the drum) just some small little details i had noticed. also have a spain barrel that is marked “mountain” SS before the serial #. all of my early USA barrels but one have/had 1” underlugs had one usa the had the 3/8” round drum may be able to get pics of it as i let it go to a guy local to me. and i’m also not attempting to say that one version is any better than the other because they handle very nicely IMO. it was just some ever so small details i had noticed between them
