CVA Hawken, re barreled to "32"caliber. Thinking Green Mountain but it's been a while so not too sure anymore.
Built, they said it couldn't be done but I did it anyway. Tweaked the hammer to fit like it should. Early stages of learning the BP thing. Double set trigger.
In the learning process so the barrel got a few vice scars at the the breach area. Needs to be blued/blacked after a little file, crocus cloth/oil work.
Fired maybe 4 or 5 timed, (if that) cleaned and put away for quite a while. Stock looks good for it's age. VERY presentable.
More into building and mine don't get shot enough so, down the road to someone that will shoot/enjoy it.
New black nylon rod. Also comes with case and some balls if I can find them. Barrel assemblies are going for around $400.00 so it's a deal. New price increase to cover USPS bump for over length and odd size packages.
