Greetings,

Does anyone own a copy of the George Lauber wheel lock book that is in metric measurements? I'd really appreciate some clear pics of the
lock plate drawing.. specifically so I can see what the measurements are.. 🤔

I have the inch converted drawing/book , but most people say there are errors in them..mainly from the conversions that were done.
just wanted to do a lil bit of my own comparisons and see what I come up with.. Hoping to take the wheel lock building class that is
part of the NMLRA classes, being offered this coming June at WKU.. thus I'm trying to get a bit more familiar with there workings before I
get there...

Thanks for any help!!

I just have the inch version as well* but I have another 'plan' made from a gun in a German museum. It's called "FrĂĽhe Radschlosspistole Um 1525 NĂĽrnberg ? Germanisches Nationalmuseum NĂĽrnberg Copyright 2012, Peter H. Kunz, Schaffhausen" if you are interested. See attached file.

*In high school I built the Lauber lock except for the 'crankshaft' because the school year ended before I could get to it. Like a dummy I later said to myself "You'll never get to use another lathe so just throw the parts away". Well, now I have a lathe but I don't think that I have the patience that I did when I was younger.
