Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
i got one last year and shoot it a lot .the only problem i have it is when i pull the ram rod out to load it the wedge pin falls out .doe,s anyone own one and has the same problem
If you are handy with jewelers files, you could file a narrow slot in the wedge and use a small pin to keep it from comming all the way out. I did that on my shotgun. Or you can get them at TOTW

You can bend the wedge a little bit and it will stay put better . Also like Liver said you can (capture your wedge ) and not loose it . I use a Dremel tool and cut a slot in the wedge length wise and use a small wire through it under the wedge plate,You will need to cut a little wood out for the capture pin .
