Made it from a kit in 1978. Very nice little handgun. Handles up to 50 grains fffg, but I'd keep it down around 30-35 to keep from damaging the stock with repeated heavy loads.

.490 prb with 0.015" patch.

yep thats the one. I found one for just under a hundred dollars in pretty good shape. think ill go pick it up tomarrow.

I have never heard any negative review about this gun...I have seen some relly sweet ones that had the grip checkered...Looks sweet!

I have had one for about twenty years. I was a dealer back then and was ordering some sale scopes for a few people and the outfit I was ordering from had a close out on Mountain Pistol kits. I have a Mountain Rifle and it would make a companion piece.

I put it together and decided I would just sell it. I took it to a shoot and used it in the pistol match. I took third and decided to keep it. I put a Pedersolli LePage single set trigger in it and still use it in the few pistol matches I get into. Sweet shooting pistol.
